Not quite ready!!!

Abby and Caroline are really growing. They are both over 5 pounds!!! Very exciting! They are not quite ready to come home yet! They are still working on coordinating their breathing while they eat. It is a hard thing to do! It is very typical for preemies to have a tough time learning this important skill. They both get so excited to eat, they sometimes forget to pause and breathe! They are learning though and continue to do so well. The doctors and nurses say this is so normal but they don't want to send them home before they are totally coordinated with eating. We definitely are excited about bringing them home, but want them to be completely ready! They are coming home soon, we're just not sure the day yet! Thanks for all your prayers for our sweet girls!
