Together Again!

Our girls are together again! The nurse told us earlier in the day she would try to put them together if they had a good day, when we returned tonight they were together again. What a surprise! Both of them are doing well, but it is quite a different environment for the two of them. They are not in the seperate enclosed incubators any more, so they have to adjust to the additional light, sounds, and EACH OTHER! It was a stressful situation to watch them wiggle and become entangled in all the wires attached to them, but thankfully they didn't pull out an IV or something. I added some more pictures to the gallery, so take a look! Catherine and I, for the first time, feel that we actually have twins, not just two babies!

Awesome Pictures! That is fun to see the girls together. I know it has been a long month for you guys but it is amazing to see how God is working on Abby and Caroline (it's even been a huge change in the week and a half since you started the blog). Anyhow, you are still in our prayers and we can't wait to see the whole Goforth clan soon. Go check out matt-davis.com to see the unborn Melon and whoever comes up with the craziest name wins!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year (just a tad late). Thank you so much for the pictures of the babies! I couldn't help but think back to seeing Michael when he was born, wow time flies! I know you are proud, they are little but it will not be long before they will catch up and be going every where. Remember how small Kyle was and now he's 6'2" 190lbs.! I hope they don't get that big... Thank you again for sharing the "good news". Keep in touch- Love, Suzanne (Judy's past roommate)
