Two days till TWO!!

Caroline and Abby can tell you they are TWO, but they don't quite have the hand signal down. They usually show a whole hand or at least 3 fingers. It is quite cute. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our family in Atlanta. It was nice to be there for a long weekend. We had a family birthday party for the twins at Nana and Papa's while we were home. Caroline and Abby always have so much fun with their cousins and family. When we got back to Asheville, they made sure to say everyone's name all day long on Monday. They are certainly becoming quite verbal and their little voices are so wonderful to hear!
We got our Christmas tree on Saturday afternoon. Caroline and Abby tend to be show stoppers wherever we go....all the Christmas tree farmers talked to us and the girls scored us a free wreath just for being cute! It is so funny to go out places with twins. Everyone looks at them, talks to us, gives advice, and tells us how blessed we are. We truly do know that. Caroline and Abby are the lights of their Mommy and Daddy's lives! We decorated the tree after church on Sunday. They were really sweet, getting an ornament from Daddy and handing it to Mommy to put on the tree. They have really loved looking at all the lights and pretty ornaments. What a fun season to get to experience again through the eyes of two two-year-olds! I've added a bunch of new pictures in Photo Gallery II.

I love all the new pics! The girls have grown so much, isn't it amazing how time flies by? Can you believe just 2 short years ago, we were just having all these sweet TINY babies?? We are so blessed aren't we? Maybe we can get together when you're here for Christmas!

They are so sweet! It's nice to hear that they are speaking and that it eventually does happen with twinners. I'm still waiting for my boys to start chattering (18 months). Oh, and they are doing the "ghost walking" you blogged about awhile ago. My husband was like, "what the heck?" I told him I thought it was a "twin thing." Your girls are precious! It's easy for these little ones to become the lights of our lives! Whenever we're out and people say "Oh my, you sure do have your hands full," I reply, "I wouldn't have it any other way." They are such blessings!
