April
April has been a fun and busy month! The girls' spent their first weekend at Maga and Grandaddy's while Michael and I put the first coat of paint on the whole house! One of my best friends from PT school got married in Peachtree City, GA the first weekend in April and the girls got to spend the night with Nana and Papa. We had a baby shower for Tricia and Landon in Atlanta. Michael and I met Anna Claire Darley. She is so precious and I can't believe I didn't get a single picture!! Nana & Gracie have been up to visit as well as Aunt Courtney. Maga and her friends came up over Spring Break and that was really fun to see them.
Caroline and Abby are talking all the time and it so much fun to hear their little voices express their thoughts! They remember so many little details about everything it seems! We have been enjoying the warmer weather and visiting lots of fun playgrounds around Asheville.
Michael has been hard at work on our house. He laid every single board of hardwood floors in our house. The kitchen, the den, the master bedroom, dining room, hallways and stairs to the bonus room are all red oak. I'm so proud of him! They look beautiful and were finished this week! He's working on getting everything finished up...the trim, basement stairs, cabinets hung, light fixtures, landscaping etc. We should be moving into our house towards the middle-end of May. Just to make things a little more interesting, we have to move out of our apartment this weekend! I messed up and told them we'd be finished with the house...when I realized that couldn't happen, they'd already rented out our townhouse! So, we will be moving our things into storage and staying at a furnished log cabin in the backyard of a couple from our church! Life is always an adventure!
The good news is that it is in an awesome neighborhood near the Grove Park Inn and it is only 5 minutes from the house and 5 minutes from Michael's office! I've put some new pictures in Photo Gallery II. We're having a ton of fun with the girls and look forward to moving into our house very soon! (we can't wait to have Michael back in the evenings!!) And...it is getting so close to Aunt Courtney's wedding. We are excited about celebrating their upcoming wedding and going to showers and parties for them! The girls are gearing up to be flower girls!

Catherine,
I loved looking at all the cute pictures you took! Your house is beautiful! It was so good to talk to you this afternoon! I enjoyed catching up on life! I hope all goes well in the log cabin and that your hosue is finished soon!
Take care!
Love,
Lea
The girls are getting SO big Catherine! I love all the pics of them and the beautiful house! I know you are counting down the days(hours,minutes...!) until you move in. And that is awesome that you have a cabin to use until your house is done.
Keep the pics coming!!
Rachel
I enjoyed going to a luncheon for Courtney here in Athens! The girls look adorable in their spring-time clothes. Erika :)
Oh also, if y'all have "PODS" in Asheville, it avoids having to move your stuff twice. They deliver giant storage units, you pack them, and then they pick them up and store them. Then they would deliver them to your new house. We did that when we had to move out of our apartment, but couldn't move into our house yet.
