Merry Christmas from Asheville!!

We had a lovely Christmas at home celebrating Jesus' birth! On Christmas Eve, we went to the Candlelight service at church and then spent the rest of the evening at The Cobb's home. It was such a fun time to be with dear friends here in Asheville. The kids put on a Christmas play and Caroline, Abby, Mary Grace & Catherine were angels. Molly Ryan just walked back and forth from being in the play and being in the audience. We went home and tracked Santa on the Internet before going to dream about sugarplums!! The girls' were precious when they woke up to see what Santa had brought them! We had a relaxing morning enjoying presents and eating sausage cheese balls...of course!! Then, we all got dressed and ready for church. Our service was very nice and it was wonderful to sing praises to God for giving us His Son. All the children were full of excitement and so happy to see each other! After church, we just came home, played with presents and relaxed while the turkey, dressing and sweet potatoes cooked. We had a yummy Christmas dinner in the late afternoon and just enjoyed time together. We missed everyone in Georgia but it truly was nice not to have to drive on Christmas Day! No snow this year, but it sure was a nice day with our sweet three daughters!
