Science in September!

We found a turtle in the yard and had so much fun watching it for awhile! It found a great home on the side of the mountain under a bush. Abby helped get it situated "just right". We really wanted to keep it for a pet....but we decided it would be happier out in the wild with Goldie our roly poly! We were surprised to discover that it had kept moving when we went back out to check on it. That turtle (or should I say tortoise since we learned that they live on land!) moved fast! We made a volcano and a tornado. So fun and exciting! Molly Ryan is in on all the homeschool action and I love that she gets to be with her big sisters and that her big sisters get to spend time and play with her too!
