This month has been a great one! Our girls continue to keep us laughing and busy! This picture was taken last Saturday morning. Oh, the fun that can be had with a roll of toilet paper. Caroline and Abby can definitely be girly girls! They love wearing dresses and pretending like they have long flowing hair! We closed on our lot last week. We are official Asheville landowners! The girls went to the closing with us and were on their best behavior in the lawyers' office. We are very excited about building our house...hopefully we'll be in before the girls turn two! Michael and Grandaddy went to cut down some trees last weekend while Gramma and I played with the girls. The girls discovered the sprinklers in our complex. Abby loved putting her hands in it until she slipped and went in face first. She recovered quickly and jumped right back in to play with Caroline. Gramma and Grandaddy went with us to the WNC Nature Center on Sunday. The girls had a lot of fun looking at all the animals. We stopped by the petting area first where the girls got to pet a bunch of sheep and goats. After that stop, Abby wanted to get in the cage with everything...bears, bobcats, cougars...she is a funny girl! Caroline taught her sister how to "stand on her head". They bend over and look at you upside down through their legs. They have discovered that sippy cups are much cooler when put inside a big Clemson cup. The milk just tastes better that way I guess! They love to play outside and amaze me with how they run, walk backwards, kick a ball, throw a ball and just have fun! They understand so much of what we say to them and are talking to us all the time! I cannot believe they will be 18 months old next week...time sure does fly by, especially when you are having so much fun! (There are new "May" pictures in Photo Gallery II)
