Identical Twins?
It's funny, we don't know if our twins are identical! They look pretty identical in these pictures though!! They most likely are fraternal since twins run in my family and identical twins aren't as common. The only way to know for sure is to have DNA tests....maybe one day but it is not high on our priority list at the moment! Caroline's face is slightly fuller (she weighs about 6 ounces more than Abby) and Caroline has a beauty mark (freckle) on her chest. That is how we know who is who. It is fun to have people guess! The girls continue to grow! They are both over ten pounds! It is so fun to finally see chubby little thighs and double chins!! I've been by myself during the day a lot. It is very challenging when two babies want to be fed and held at the same time!! We manage though and countdown the hours until Daddy gets home!! Aunt Courtney is still helping out when she can and we get some nice visits from Nana, Gramma and our friend Caroline. We even spent the afternoon at Aunt Mindy's yesterday which was very fun! Abby and Caroline are very happy babies. They smile and talk to us all day long! They will be 5 months old on May 6. They were 2 months adjusted age on April 24th. They are doing everything little babies are supposed to do and we continue to thank God for their health and progress! We are looking forward to getting a little more sleep soon! Abby slept all night last Monday night and Caroline slept all night last night! (I joke that it is a fluke and won't happen again..but I know it will!) Now, we just have to get the two of them sleeping through the night on the same night! Guess who is who....the picture of Abby is on top and the picture of Caroline is below (I think!).
